These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Avecura website (avecura.in) and the grooming, personality development, and model training services we offer at our centre in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any Avecura program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Avecura provides grooming, personality development, communication training, runway/ramp training, styling, and model preparation services. The specific inclusions of each program are described on the respective plan detail pages and enrolment documents.

3. Enrolment & Payment

• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable fee.
• Prices listed on the website are indicative and may be subject to change. The final price will be confirmed at the time of enrolment.
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other methods specified at the time of enrolment.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrolment.
• After 7 days, or once classes have commenced, fees are non-refundable.
• Program transfers to a different batch may be allowed at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and videos — is the property of Avecura and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

When using our website and facilities, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website

7. Media & Image Rights

By enrolling at Avecura, you grant us permission to use photographs, videos, and testimonials from your training sessions for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless you opt out in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Avecura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific program in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Changes to Terms
